US CSA 7 (5c Blue) Unused with Confederate Stamp Alliance Certificate 5287 which states: "CSA Scott 7 (5c blue) unused. It is GENUINE. Stamp with multiple faults." Nice margins and portion of corner of adjoining stamp on bottom right margin. Missing portion of top right margin, but tear does not enter into design.
