The descriptions for stamp condition and centering used on MicklerStamps.com are based, in part, on the TERMS USED IN EXPERTIZING published by The Philatelic Foundation website and the GRADING GUIDE - DETERMINING CENTERING published by The Professional Stamp Experts website.

The descriptions stated on MicklerStamps.com for coins are in part based on "The Official Red Book" - A Guide book of U. S. Coins by R. S. Yeoman and other prominent numismatic publications as well.

PAYMENT

We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, USPS money orders, PayPal and cash mailed at the purchasers own risk. Please note that if you pay by personal check or non-USPS money order, shipment of your order may be delayed until your check or money order has cleared the issuing institution. All purchases shipped to a Georgia, USA address will be charged 7.00% Georgia State Sales Tax unless you provide MicklerStamps.com a Georgia state resale number.

EXPERTIZATION

Any item that proves to be not as described may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, including postage and handling costs, within 30 days of the date of the shipment of the item, except as described below. The item must be returned in the same condition as sent, and in the original packaging. No refunds will be made for any item after 30 days from date of shipment, unless agreed to in writing by MicklerStamps.com and an extension of the 30 day limit is granted for an item being submitted for expertization, as described below.

An individual item which has a purchase price of $100.00 or more may be submitted for an expert opinion with the American Philatelic Expertizing Service (APEX), the Philatelic Foundation (PF), Professional Stamp Expertizers (PSE), American Numismatic Association, Numismatic Guaranty Corporation of American or other expertizing organizations approved by MicklerStamps.com. Should the submitted item be returned with an opinion that the item is other than as originally described, we will reimburse the certification costs (not including postage costs), up to a maximum of $100.00 per item on conditions which are mutally agreeable by the customer and MicklerStamps.com.

Certification costs for an item returned with "NO OPINION" will not be reimbursed. This does not apply to items which are accompanied by a certificate, which will receive no reimbursement under any circumstances. The new owner is free to submit such an item for a new certificate at his/her own expense. Certification costs for an individual item which has a purchase price of less than $100.00 will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.

An extension of the 30 day return period may be granted for and item or items that are sent for certification, provided that the buyer has written acknowledgement and approval from Mickler Stamps Company of their intention to submit the item or items for certification within 15 days from the original date of shipment from Mickler Stamps Company. Under no circumstances will this extension period exceed 120 days from the original date of shipment from Mickler Stamps Company.

PRIOR SALES

All items offered on our web site are offered subject to prior sale. We try to keep our web site current, however, in the rare event you purchase an item on-line that was previously sold, you will be promptly notified and immediately credited the purchase price.
